Comments: Don's response time was outstanding. I emailed him on a Sunday afternoon and got a same day response, which was unexpected, but truly appreciated. The repair was challenging but Don did a great job and it is barely noticeable. Unfortunately it was a little harder to hide the repair on the front of the chair. I would definitely recommend Don!
